Phase 2: online bed allocation pilot, decentralisation, a 24x7 clinic pilot in each division, AI in radiology and pathology. Phase 3: quality assurance and NABH accreditation. Final phase: insurance cover, essential medicines, disability-friendly facilities, ethics training, Health Command Centre.
